About Linc Electrical

It started in a garage in August 2018. Lincoln was taking time out to look after the kids, weighing up a change in direction, when he decided to back himself and start something of his own — an electrical business that could support his family and let him do work he loved.

No office, no big plan, just a ute and a toolbelt. Word got around through builders' groups and supermarket noticeboards, and Lincoln put in the hard yards, seven days a week, to turn first-time customers into regulars.

In the years since, the Russ family has grown from a young family to four kids — and Linc Electrical has grown right alongside them, from one guy in a garage to a full team of experienced staff. From Fully qualified electricians, apprentice’s, and skilled office staff who keep everything running behind the scenes. Between the trade team, there's serious depth of experience — from industrial control systems and hazardous area installations, through to everyday maintenance, rewires, heat pumps, solar and data cabling. Different roles, different specialties, but everyone works to the same standard: get it right, do it safely, and treat your home or business like it's our own.
